Two weeks down… so many more to come…

So this past two weeks of getting settled in has been fun. Im finally getting into the sing of things weather it be school, or helping out in the office. I moved into a lake house with 9 other guys and 2 girls who are temperarly staying with us. Its been fun getting use to adjusting to 24/7 community living with these guys. These guys that i lve with have great wisdon and knowledge that God has revealed to them and they are pouring it into me. Also the girls have been amazing for cleaning and cooking for us. For helping out in the office i am now working in the Encounter program where we plan trips for families, youth groups, church groups and also we offer 2-4week trips for high school students. I ask that you guys would pray for the 6,150 people who are to attend this next year on one of our trips. God has blessed this department because it went from 6 people to about 16 people currently helping in the department. For school… lets just say that it isnt school. What i mean by that is that it so far is more discipleship, community living, and kingdom living. We just went through '7 steps to be highly effective people'. It was a good lessons and made me realize the things that i have influence over and the thing i dont but i still worry about the things that are in my concern area. But so far nothing has been to crazy but we are just getting into the swing of things and the girls are moving into a house that has been donated by a family who wants to help and serve Adventure. Well ill will be blogging at least once a week so im looiking forward to let you know what Gods doing here in Gainesville, GA.
